These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bloodhound Shopify app and related services ("Service") provided by Blue Dog Digital ("we", "our", "us"). By installing or using Bloodhound, you agree to these Terms.
Bloodhound is a storefront monitoring tool for Shopify stores. It captures JavaScript errors, Core Web Vitals performance metrics, and third-party script performance data from your storefront. The Service provides dashboards, alerts, and analytics to help you identify and resolve storefront issues.
You access Bloodhound through your Shopify admin. Authentication is handled by Shopify's OAuth system. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account. You must be an authorised user of the Shopify store on which you install Bloodhound.

Bloodhound offers Free, Pro, and Enterprise plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through Shopify's billing system. By upgrading to a paid plan, you authorise Shopify to charge the recurring subscription fee to your Shopify account.
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, missed alerts, or inaccurate metrics. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
You retain ownership of all data collected from your storefront. We act as a data processor on your behalf. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. Upon uninstallation, your data is permanently deleted within 48 hours.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Dog Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blue Dog Digital from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the email associated with your Shopify account.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behaviour. You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
